I RECEIVED A LETTER IN WHICH IT IS GIVEN THAT BY COOKING YOU GENERALLY
SPOIL ALL THE NUTRITIOUS VALUE.
MORNING AFTER YOU GET UP DO NOT HAVE EVEN WATER FOR AT LEAST 3 HOURS.
FOR LUNCH HAVE ONLY FRESH FRUIT JUICE AND SALADS.
FOR DINNER HAVE ONLY SPROUTED VEG 2 CHAPATIES FRUITS.
DO NOT HAVE MILK OR MILK PRODUCTS.
