SKIN CARE

1.Add 2 tablespoons of amla powder in henna to get softer hair and even the reddish colour will be less.
2.In multani mitti add 1 teaspoon honey and 2 teaspoons of curd make a thick paste apply on face leave for 20 minutes then wash with cold water.
3.Grate raw carrot and apply on face for 1 hour and wash with plain water.Skin will glow.

SKIN

1.Add 1/2 glass of carrot juice to 1/2 cup of tomatto and beet juice drink in the morning to get a clearer skin.
2.When applying henna to hair add 2 tablespoons of curd or 1 egg to get smoother hair.
3.Make a paste of raw haldi with milk apply on face let it stand for 10 minutes than wash it off to get a clearer skin.
4.Have a powdered saunf at night with little warm water to get a clear stomach in the morning.

GENERAL

Before 30 minutes of the fixed time apply scrub so that dead skin is removed.
Then apply a face pack of multani mitti.Let it dry wash with cold water.
Girl should be given a seat where direct sun light or light comes on her face so that she will look fairer to what she is.

SKIN CARE

Apply body cream at night.
After 35 it is must as the natural oil is not sufficient.If you do not care after 35 you will get wrinkles faster.
Instead of going to beauty parlours I suggest you should stick to herbal,naturopathy.At least there are no side effects.
In parlours say for eg. for bleach they use chemicals.You can use lemon to lighten the skin tone.

SKIN CLEANSER

Oatmeal as Skin Care Cleanser
There is a folk lore of thousands of years about using oatmeal as a natural skin cleanser. The recipe is easy and quick. Take 1/2 cup oatmeal. Add enough curd to form a paste. Apply this mixture on your face. Wash off with warm water.
Ground Rice
Grind rice in a coffee grinder and store in a bottle. Take two table spoons of it and make a paste with some yogurt or water. This will make a good skin Care cleanser when applied and rubbed gently.

However you can get the benefits of milk from fresh and cheap milk at home.
Take 1 tablespoon of hot milk. Add 1/4 tablespoon of lime juice.
Apply this mixture on your face and neck and wash off after 10 minutes. This lotion cleanses and purifies the pores of the skin.

ALOE VERA

HEALTHY SKIN

A good daily skin care regimen calls for four basic steps: Cleansing, Exfoliating, Toning and Moisturizing. Skin toners are necessary for all skin types.
For Normal Skin,
chop up a small sized fresh cucumber and liquidize it with half a cup of yoghurt.Apply the mixture for 5-10 minutes, and wash it off.
For Oily Skin whisk one egg white until it thickens, then whisk in 1 tsp of honey. Finally add 1 tsp of lemon juice.Apply to your face and neck avoiding the delicate eye and lip areas.
The easiest way of applying a toner is to put it on a cotton pad and wipe face in outward and upward strokes.
Toners not only cleanse the skin further and help in removing any remnants of particles that you may have left behind but also cools, nourishes, hydrates and freshens up your skin.
It tightens up skin and close up any skin pores that may have opened up while deep cleansing the face.
Toners must be alcohol-free as alcohol dries off skin. You can also make a natural skin toner at home.
Tomato juice is a good skin toner.
Cucumber toner is a refreshing toner for normal skins.
Chop up a small sized fresh cucumber and liquidize it with half a cup of yoghurt. Apply the mixture for 5-10 minutes, and wash it off. Rose is an excellent skin toner. Vitamin E oil and wheat oil are very effective for dry skin.
