BEAUTIFUL EYES

For long eyelashes.., apply a thin coat of castor oil every night. It strengthens lashes and cools your eyes.Dark circles Massage a few drops of coconut oil around the eyes to get rid off dark circles. Place cotton wool swabs dipped in cold milk on closed eyes for removing dark circles. To reduce inflammation of your eyes, grate a potato; tie in a cloth and place the cloth over your eyes for about 15 minutes. sparkling eyes... Add a small pinch of salt in water and wash for bright and sparkling eyes.

SKIN CARE

1.Drinking a lot of water leads to beautiful skin. A general notion but the fact is drinking water is necessary for our bodies, too much will only result in bloating and too many trips to the bathroom.

GARLIC GOOD FOR SKIN

Certain foods are especially beneficial to the skin. Garlic is one such food. It contains sulphur compounds (which give it its rather strong odor) which are beneficial to your skin. It also acts as a natural antibiotic and cleanses the whole system. If you like garlic, eat it as much as you can. Nearly 1500 people went walking to a jain temple early morning at 6.30 am.
