PARUTION

Jain people do not have onion, garlic, potato and any vegetables for a weeks time.
No wonder rates of vegetables have gone down so much.I mean noticable change is there.
This period is only for 8 days.

Natural sources are very precious so do not waste, try to preserve what nature has given you for free.Or the consequences will be very tragic.

Home Recipes 1. Applications of castor oil and iodine alternately for a week is excellent for this problem. Steam the head by wringing out a hot towel and wrapping it around the head. Then shampoo and use a conditioner. A conditioner offers your hair a buffer against external damage – also making it more manageable.
2. Soak about 200 grams of reetha in four glasses of water. Leave overnight. Next morning, boil the mixture for 10 to 15 minutes. Squash the reetha seeds and strain the water. Apply to hair.
3. A paste of lemon seeds and black pepper can be applied on bald patches, twice a week.
4. Massage whipped egg white all over the scalp. Allow it to dry before washing off. 5. Wash hair with a paste of cooked ‘ urad dal' and fenugreek (methi), three times a week.
6. Combine together 5 tablespoons of pure undulated coconut milk with one tablespoon of lemon juice. Massage well into the scalp.
Most soaps and shampoos have chemicals, use amla and shikakai instead. Oiling and massaging the scalp is a must once a week. Use aloe Vera oil, or coconut oil or mustard oil twice a week. Check your diet – take sufficient proteins and vitamins. Minerals and iodine are also important. Iodine helps improve circulation of blood in the scalp.
Hair must be protected from treatments that cause damage so a regular hair care routine must be followed. Unfortunately, we sit up only when we are confronted with a problem.

OILY SKIN

Oily skin pack:
Oily skins have very active sebaceous glands that secrete more oil leaving the skin look dull and greasy thus attracting a lot of dirt which then clogs the pores.
It needs a thorough cleansing routine to remove the surface grime and unclog blocked pores.
For this you need a pack that rejuvenates, tightens and exfoliates skin.
Mash six strawberries with a teaspoon of Brandy, two spoons of breadcrumbs, two spoons of fuller's earth and a few drops of rose water.
Mix well and apply a thick layer on the face and neck and leave on for 20 minutes.
Since strawberries have Vitamin C and a certain acidic properties they leave the
skin sparkling clean.
Breadcrumbs help to exfoliate dead skin while fuller's earth will tighten the pores and brandy would help to add some glow.

TIPS

1.Packaged orange juice: The juice is full of the C. But you need to check the pack-not just for OJ, but for all juices-to see that the juice is 'fresh' and that the expected vitamins are listed in the nutrition label. Otherwise, it's only sugar. If you are partial to juice, try eating the whole fruit instead. The fibre keeps you feeling fuller longer.
2.Brown bread: Definitely a better choice than white, but make sure that the nutrition label says 'wholewheat'. The brown colour can come from caramel colouring, instead of the whole grain you want.
3.Butter: Indian butter still does not come lighted salted or unsalted. What you commonly buy is quite strongly salted. Avoid if you have a family history of blood pressure, or just stick to a pat on your toast.
4.Cheese: Weight-watchers look at it suspiciously, but cheese has calcium, while butter has none. Calcium, of course, boosts your bone health, and research shows that it can aid weight loss, too.
Chocolates: Avoid the paraffin-filled variety and go for good dark chocolate full of flavonoids.
5.Toned milk: It's low-fat, high-protein and has calcium, but tastes watery. If you relish milk, and if you are careful with your calories usually, go for the whole variety.
6.Mixed nuts and dates: Eaten in a handful every day, the monounsaturated fats in nuts-unsalted, mind!-are good for your heart. Dates, high in potassium, counter any damage done to your body by excessive sodium intake in the form of hidden salts, like in regular butter, white bread etc.
7.Fruits and mixed vegetables: These are a travelling man's best friend, fortifying the body with antioxidants that improve-making you less prone to fallingsick on your trips.
8.Beer:Keeping beer in the fridge means you can reach for it quickly-too quickly. MH advice: limit your pint bottles, unless you know you are about to entertain.
9.Baileys Irish cream: Again, try to drink only when in company. Alcohol is alcohol, even when it's posh.
Cola: This is one of the villains in your fridge, full of empty calories and with zero nutritional value. Keep only a can or two, putting off the 2-litre bottle purchase until your next party. More so, if you have young children at home, as they can get addicted to cola.
